Ömeroğlu Metallurgy was established in 2011 on an 8,000 m2 closed area in Konya Organised Industrial Zone. Our company produces spheroidal graphite cast iron (Sphero), lamellar graphite cast iron (Pik), and steel.
Our induction melting furnaces, which can cast from 500 kg to 4 tonnes, serve our customers with high-quality castings from 1 kg to 200 kg.
The necessary analyses of the material to be cast are carried out with the utmost care in the laboratory using spectrometers and hardness gauges. With the aim of innovation, continuous development, and improvement, our company has obtained the ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate, and has brought all its production procedures and processes up to internationally recognized standards.
“Quality is assured at all stages of production. It has all the laboratory equipment for physical, chemical, metallographic, hardness, and measurement control. The Quick-Lab carries out sand testing, spectrometer analysis, tensile testing, hardness testing, and microstructure analysis in-house, and test results are provided on request.
Our products are shipped by truck, ship, and other transport methods as palletized, packed, or painted according to customer requirements.
