In order to produce quality castings, it is necessary to have an excellent and suitable pattern shop and pattern making skills. As Ömeroğlu Metalurji, one of our main goals is to produce models with the right dimensions and tolerances. In this direction, 2 and 3 dimensional technical drawings from customers are made with CAD-CAM solid modelling and models and core boxes are designed with dedication. Ömeroğlu Metallurgy produces models and core boxes designed by CNC machines, milling machines, polystyrene cutting machines and models and core boxes made of wood, polystyrene, Araldite and steel materials.
