With Solid Works, the three-dimensional design software used in our Engineering Department, a three-dimensional drawing of the product requested is made, so that the technical drawing can be used in production, the casting weight of the part to be produced is determined, and the three-dimensional data required for casting simulation are created. Before starting production, the risks that will affect the quality of the product are determined and preventive actions are taken. Casting simulation is performed for the parts deemed necessary with simulation programs, and mold design and casting parameters are determined to minimize the risks that may be encountered in the actual casting and to obtain the best quality product at the lowest cost. The determined parameters are instructed in order to ensure that the requested product is made error-free by the production.
